Our customisation methods

Sublimation: This technique achieves vibrant, all-over colour prints by first printing your design onto special paper, then using high heat to transfer the ink into a gas that permanently bonds with the polyester or synthetic fabric at a molecular level.

  • Colour Possibilities: Unlimited, vibrant, and full-color designs.
  • Best For: Polyester fabrics. Ideal for all-over prints and designs with many colours.
  • Quantity & Price: Cost-effective for both small and large quantities. Excellent for detailed, multi-colour designs without per-colour setup fees.
  • Durability: Extremely durable as the ink becomes part of the fabric; won't crack, peel, or fade.

Direct-to-Film (DTF): Your design is printed onto a special film, followed by the application of a powdered adhesive. This film is then heat-pressed onto a wide range of fabrics, resulting in excellent colour vibrancy and detail, including the ability to print white on dark materials.

  • Colour Possibilities: Excellent colour vibrancy and detail, including white ink for dark fabrics.
  • Best For: A wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and more. Good for designs with fine details and gradients.
  • Quantity & Price: Becoming increasingly cost-effective for small to medium-sized orders. Offers good flexibility for various order sizes.
  • Durability: Very good durability and stretchability.

Silkscreening: In this method, ink is forced through a fine mesh screen that has a stencil of your design. Each colour in your design requires a separate screen, making it well-suited for bold, solid colours in larger production runs.

  • Colour Possibilities: Best for bold, solid colours. Achieving precise colour matching (Pantone) is a strong point.
  • Best For: Larger quantities of designs with fewer colours. Ideal for logos and simpler graphics.
  • Quantity & Price: Most economical for larger production runs due to the setup costs involved in creating the screens. Less cost-effective for small orders with multiple colours.
  • Durability: Highly durable and long-lasting.

Embroidery: Threads are stitched directly into the fabric to create your design, offering a textured, premium, and durable finish that is particularly effective for logos and smaller, intricate details.

  • Colour Possibilities: Limited to the available thread colours. Offers a textured, premium look.
  • Best For: Logos, text, and smaller designs that require a high-quality, tactile finish. Suitable for various fabric types.
  • Quantity & Price: Generally more expensive per piece, especially for larger or more complex designs with high stitch counts. Suitable for both small and large orders, but price per unit decreases with larger quantities.
  • Durability: Extremely durable and long-lasting, adding a professional and high-end feel.
